Fees:
Psychotherapy and Supervision for Individuals £75 for 50 minutes Couples counselling £115 for 75 minutes For group therapy or supervision my hourly fee can be divided. I anticipate that we will have an initial meeting—charged at my usual rate—to assess whether we would like to continue to work together. I will then book in several months with you. I ask people to arrive on time, rather than in advance of their session. The session is for 50 minutes. The 10 minutes that completes the 60 minutes hour allows for arrival and departure and therapist reflection time. Affordable therapy
I am aware that it is costly to start seeing a therapist. As I am the director, a core trainer and a supervisor for Transactional Analysis Cymru, I am able to refer you to an experienced trainee psychotherapist or counsellor. They are able to offer their work for a reduced fee. All therapists that I refer you to are very well supervised and have passed an exam to ascertain that they are able to practice safely, effectively and ethically. Some hold a diploma in counselling and/or have many years of experience volunteering in for charities that offer support. |

See above for a picture of the end of my drive. On the green metal gate you will see a white sign saying Tycanol Farm - Private Road - and No Parking. Drive to the end of the drive and you will see a farm house. Please park under the tree opposite our main gate, and I will come out to meet you and show you where my practice is. My practice is in a converted barn opposite the house. Sometimes the Sat Nav may try to take you down a ford lane. I would recommend avoiding this and choosing to go through Brynberian village instead! COVID PRACTICE: Please arrive in a mask if you are concerned about your health. You can take it off when you are seated. Payment.
I ask all clients to pay before the session either with cash or online using BACS (see below.) Please confirm payment at the beginning of the session.
